Frequently asked questions
Everything about Passionly for fans, creators, and agencies — payments, content, AI tools, and more.
Getting started & account
Passionly is a premium platform where creators earn from their audience through subscriptions, paid content, tips, and livestreams. Its standout feature is built-in AI anonymization: creators can publish and even stream live with a synthetic face and voice, without ever revealing their real identity. Fans pay with a card or cryptocurrency, and creators withdraw their earnings worldwide in fiat or crypto. Passionly is strictly for adults aged 18 and over.
Select Sign up, then register with an email address and password or by connecting a crypto wallet. Confirm your email, choose a username, and set up your profile. You must be at least 18 years old to join.
Identity verification confirms that you are over 18 and helps keep the platform safe for everyone. Creators must complete it before they can earn money and request withdrawals. Your documents are used only for verification and are never shown to other members.
Creator profiles are visible to members so fans can discover them, but every piece of content has its own access level: public, subscribers only, or pay to unlock. As a fan, your activity stays private — what you buy, who you subscribe to, and your conversations are never shown on your profile or to other members. One exception: if you tip or win an auction during a livestream, your username and the amount appear in the stream in real time.
Passionly is available in 17 languages, including English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, and Russian. You can change your language at any time from the language switcher in your settings.
If you want to leave Passionly, withdraw any remaining earnings first, then contact support to request account deletion. The team will confirm your request and remove your profile and content from the platform.
Passions & payments
Passions are Passionly's internal currency. You buy them with a card or cryptocurrency and spend them on subscriptions, exclusive content, tips, and chat. Your current balance is always visible in your wallet.
Open your wallet and choose Buy Passions, then pick an amount and a payment method — card or cryptocurrency. Prices are shown in USD and converted to Passion tokens when you pay. Your balance updates in real time as soon as the payment is confirmed.
You can pay by credit or debit card, or with cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (including the Lightning Network), Ethereum, and major stablecoins such as USDT, USDC, and DAI. All methods credit the same Passion balance, which you then spend anywhere on the platform.
Yes. You can buy Passion tokens with Bitcoin, including instant Lightning payments, or with Ethereum and supported stablecoins. The checkout shows a payment address and a QR code; you pay from your own wallet, and your balance is credited automatically once the payment is confirmed on the network.
Auto-buy automatically tops up your Passion balance on a schedule you choose, from daily up to yearly. You can fund it with a saved card or authorize a stablecoin payment from your crypto wallet, and each renewal credits tokens to your balance without any action from you. You can cancel auto-buy at any time, and it is independent from your creator subscriptions.
Purchases are generally final, because Passion tokens are spendable immediately and content unlocks instantly. If something goes wrong — for example you were charged but your balance was not credited — contact support and the team will review your case. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Card payments are handled by our payment partner and appear under a neutral billing descriptor — your statement never shows creator names or what you purchased. Crypto payments simply appear as a transfer from your own wallet. If you don't recognize a charge, contact support before disputing it so the team can help you identify it.
Subscriptions
Subscribing gives you access to everything a creator publishes for subscribers, plus the ability to start conversations with them. Creators offer plans billed on intervals from a day up to a year; prices are shown in USD and paid from your Passion balance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn renewal off.
Shortly before your subscription period ends, Passionly automatically renews it using your Passion balance. If your balance is too low, you are warned so you can top up before it expires; if it is still insufficient when the period ends, the subscription is deactivated. You can turn automatic renewal off at any time.
Subscriptions themselves always renew from your Passion balance, whatever payment method you use. If you pay with crypto, you can enable auto-buy: a one-time on-chain approval lets Passionly automatically top up your balance each period — as long as your wallet holds enough funds, your renewals stay covered. You can cancel the auto-buy authorization at any time, and no further funds are pulled from your wallet.
Open the creator's profile or your Subscriptions page, select the subscription, and choose to cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing further is charged.
You keep full access to the creator's subscriber content until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, the subscription ends and subscriber-only content locks again, while content you purchased individually stays yours. You can resubscribe at any time.
A price change never affects the period you have already paid for. Any new price would only apply to future renewals, and you can turn off renewal at any time before your next billing date if you don't want to continue.
Messaging, tips & auctions
Subscribe to a creator to start a conversation with them directly from their profile or your messages. If you only follow a creator, they have to message you first — for example with a welcome message — and you can then reply. In chat you can send text, voice messages, and tips.
Tips let you support a creator with any amount of Passions, in chat or during a livestream. The amount is taken from your Passion balance and goes to the creator. You can set a default tip amount in your settings to make tipping faster.
During livestreams, creators can open auction rounds — for example for one-to-one time or something exclusive. Viewers place bids in Passions during a countdown, with the number of bids and the top amount visible to everyone. The creator reviews the bids and accepts a winner; only the winning bidder pays.
Enter an amount at least as high as the minimum and higher than the current top bid, then confirm. The amount is held from your balance but not yet charged; if you are outbid, you are notified and can raise your bid. If the creator accepts your bid you pay the held amount, otherwise the hold is released in full. Bids placed in the last seconds extend the countdown so everyone gets a fair chance.
Paid content shows a preview with its price. Choose to unlock it and confirm — the price is paid from your Passion balance and the content is yours to view permanently. Galleries work as bundles: buying one unlocks everything inside, and anything you already own is deducted from the price. Everything you have bought is gathered in your purchased content.
Conversations belong to the creator, but they can get help managing them: an agent from their team may reply on their behalf, and some creators enable an AI assistant to help handle their chat volume. Tips and purchases in chat work the same way regardless of who is helping behind the scenes.
Livestreams
When a creator goes live, the stream appears on their profile and in the app. Open it to watch; free streams start right away, while paid streams ask you to pay the access price from your Passion balance first. Once you are in, you can chat, tip, and join auctions in real time.
Creators can set an access price in tokens for a stream. You pay once from your Passion balance to join, and you keep access for the whole broadcast. If a scheduled stream is cancelled, reservations are refunded in full.
Scheduled streams can be reserved before they start: pay the access price in advance and your spot is guaranteed when the creator goes live. If the creator cancels the stream, your reservation is refunded in full.
Yes. You can tip the creator at any moment during a livestream, straight from your Passion balance. Tips appear in the stream in real time, so the creator sees your support instantly.
From your creator tools, create a livestream: give it a title, optionally schedule it for later, set an access price if you want it to be paid, and choose whether to appear as yourself or anonymized. When you are ready, go live and your fans can join. While live, you can chat, receive tips, and run auctions.
Yes. Enable the anonymous option when creating your stream and your synthetic face is applied to every frame in real time — viewers never see your real face. You see a preview of the anonymized feed while you stream, and going live takes about a minute or two while the anonymization is prepared.
Creator content & earnings
Create an account and complete identity verification, then set up your creator profile with your subscription plans and pricing. From there you can publish content, chat with fans, and go live. If you want to stay anonymous, set up your synthetic identity and voice before you start publishing.
You keep 75% of every subscription, content sale, and tip — the platform fee is 25%, with no hidden costs. Referring other creators or fans to Passionly increases your share through the referral program. If you work with an agency, its commission is set transparently in your contract, and sales made by an AI assistant in chat carry an additional assistant fee.
You can publish posts, pictures, videos, and galleries, run polls, and go live. Each item gets its own access level: free for everyone, subscribers only, or one-time pay-to-unlock. You can also sell galleries as bundles and send content directly in chat.
You set prices in USD and fans pay the equivalent in Passion tokens. Each item can be free, reserved for subscribers, or sold at a one-time price, and galleries can be priced as a bundle. Subscription plans are just as flexible — you choose the price and the billing interval, from daily to yearly.
Your net earnings from subscriptions, sales, and tips accumulate in your withdrawable balance. Open your wallet, request a withdrawal, choose a payout method, and enter your payment details. Every request is reviewed by the Passionly team, and you are notified when it is approved and when the money is on its way.
You can withdraw by bank transfer — SEPA in Europe, ACH in the United States, or SWIFT internationally — by PayPal, or in crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, or stablecoins such as USDT, USDC, and DAI. You choose the method for each withdrawal, so you can mix bank and crypto payouts.
Every withdrawal is first reviewed by the Passionly team for your security. Once approved, you receive an estimated arrival date; how quickly the money lands then depends on the method — crypto transfers are typically faster than international bank transfers. You can follow the status of each request in your wallet.
Your creator dashboard shows your revenue, views, and subscriber numbers, and your wallet shows your spendable and withdrawable balances. Your transaction history lists every sale, subscription, and tip, so you always know exactly where your earnings come from.
Creator AI & anonymization
Anonymization lets you build a creator career without ever showing your real face or voice. You set up a synthetic face and a synthetic voice once, and Passionly applies them to your photos, videos, voice messages, and even livestreams. Your audience sees one consistent persona — they never see you.
Once your synthetic identity is approved, you can apply it to any photo or video: your real face is automatically replaced with your synthetic face. Processing runs in the background with live progress, and you review the result before anything is published. You can also preview the swap in real time before going live.
You record or upload samples of your voice, and Passionly builds a synthetic voice from them. You preview several variants and pick the one you like; it is then applied to your voice messages and to the audio of your videos. Your delivery and what you say are preserved — only the voice identity changes.
A synthetic identity is a face that is entirely AI-generated — not taken from anyone's real face. Each identity is reviewed and approved before use; once approved, it replaces your real face consistently across all your content, so your persona always looks the same. It is the foundation of anonymized publishing, AI image generation, and anonymized livestreams.
AI creators are fully synthetic creator profiles — a generated face, a synthetic voice, and AI-generated content — operated end to end by an agency team. They can publish, chat with fans, and earn like any other profile. They are primarily an agency feature for building new revenue without signing real talent.
Your synthetic face is applied consistently across all your content, so fans see one natural, coherent persona rather than something that changes from post to post. You can preview every result — including a live preview for streams — and only publish what you are happy with.
Synthetic faces are entirely AI-generated — not taken from anyone's real face — and each one is reviewed and approved before it can be used. Synthetic voices are generated the same way: you pick a variant you like rather than borrowing someone else's voice.
Photos are usually ready within minutes, while videos take longer because every frame is processed — long videos can take several minutes or more. You can follow the progress in real time, and you are notified when the result is ready to review. Anonymized livestreams just need a short preparation step when you go live.
Agencies & agents
An agency is a company on Passionly that manages creators professionally. It proposes management contracts with a transparent commission rate, registers agents who can act on behalf of its creators, advances funds through recoupment agreements, and can even operate fully synthetic AI creators. Agencies run their whole roster from a dedicated dashboard.
Agents always work within an agency: an agency registers you as one of its members, and you can belong to several agencies at once. Once your agency has an active contract with a creator and assigns you, you can act on that creator's behalf within the permissions your agency defines.
An agency proposes a contract to a creator describing the terms and the commission rate. The creator is free to accept or reject it — nothing happens without their agreement. Once accepted, the contract is active: the agency earns its commission on the creator's revenue, and its agents can work on the creator's behalf. Contracts can also be terminated, which ends the management relationship.
With an active contract, an assigned agent can operate the creator's account on their behalf: publishing content, managing chat, editing the profile, configuring auto-messages, and more. Everything an agent can or cannot do is governed by permission policies that the agency defines, down to individual actions and resources.
The agency wallet is a shared operating balance that agency admins fund by card, by crypto, or from their own Passion balance, with an optional automatic top-up when it runs low. It pays for the agency's operations — such as launching and running AI creators — and every movement is recorded in a transaction history. Funds moved into the agency wallet can only be used for creator operations.
A recoupment lets an agency advance money to a creator — for example for a photo shoot — and recover it from the creator's future earnings. The creator must accept the recoupment, and a withholding rate is then applied to their earnings until the full amount is recovered. Both sides can track the recovered and remaining amounts at any time.
Yes. Agencies can launch fully synthetic AI creators — a generated identity, a synthetic voice, and AI-generated content — and operate them end to end through on-behalf-of access. The launch and running costs are paid from the agency wallet, and the team manages the AI creator's content studio, posts, profile, and conversations from the agency dashboard.
Privacy, safety & legal
Passionly is strictly 18+: you must be an adult to access the platform. Creators must verify their identity before they can earn or withdraw, and that verification includes confirming their age. In some jurisdictions, local law requires an extra age check before adult content can be shown — this is done through a privacy-preserving age estimate designed so that your identity is not revealed.
Content on Passionly is moderated through a combination of platform review and community reporting. Every report from a user is reviewed by the moderation team, and admins can act on content and accounts that break the rules. Synthetic identities also go through approval before they can be used, and promotion campaigns pass compliance checks before they run.
Laws for adult platforms differ from country to country. In some regions, local rules require an extra age-verification step before content can be shown, and in others Passionly may not be able to offer some or all of its services. What you can access is based on your location, so the platform can comply with the law wherever you are.
Your card details are entered directly with our payment partner and are never stored by Passionly — only a secure payment token reaches our systems. Your purchases and conversations are private, and you can protect your account with two-factor authentication via an authenticator app, SMS, or email. Paid content is delivered session-gated through Content Shield; eligible videos use encrypted DRM when active and signed media can display verified Content Credentials.
Use the report option on the content or profile in question and describe the problem. Reports go straight to the moderation team, who review them and take action when the rules have been broken. You can also report bugs and technical issues from within the app.
Content Shield delivers paid videos and images session-gated over an authenticated CDN. Eligible videos use encrypted DRM when active, signed media display verified Content Credentials, and viewer marking appears only where active. If you find your content somewhere it should not be, paste the link in your Content Shield dashboard to report it for review.
